Editorial policy
Independence from payment
Nobody pays to be listed, ranked, reworded or removed, and there are no affiliate links. Links to the services are marked nofollow.
The conflict of interest
Reviews Encyclopedia is run by Virallized, which is listed here. Its case file follows the same rule as every other and shows all of its critical reviews, and every page of the site says who runs it.
Quotes
Quotes are verbatim, trimmed only at sentence boundaries, and carry the reviewer’s display name, star rating and date. Themes describe what reviewers report, never what a company does.
Corrections and right of reply
Any company listed, or any reader, can send a correction to support@virallized.com with a link to the public record. A figure that is wrong is fixed and dated, and logged on the corrections page.
What we leave out
Case files stick to the public record: ratings, review themes, prices and terms. We do not publish private messages, and we do not guess at who owns a company.
